How should I choose a good email address?

We deliver different kinds emails to your mail box you use during your registration or purchasing process. If you use free services like Hotmail, they will eat up our email, thinking that it is a junk or spam. Please be careful to choose a good email for yourself.

You need to be able to read HTML and Text based emails that comes from our server.

In our experience, Gmail is a very good option. If you have a Gmail account, then, use it for your registration purpose.

Any preventions?

If you have your own website and have a pop email address of your domain, this is good, because, it gurarantees that you receive our emails.

Advanced users who can change their MX records for emails can still use Gmail. This tutorial is out of the scope of this page.

Otherwise, you can add our domain (.creationnepal.com) into your address book. This makes a filter in your mailer engine to recognize our emails as a solicited one.

As long as you can recieve our email, it is not a problem at all.

Finally?

• We dislike Hotmail. It does not deliver our emails into your address correctly.
• Use an email address that can receive our emails from our webserver.
• Gmail is good.
• Yahoo can be good. Be sure to check the Junk folders too, for our emails.
• Your own POP account based emails are good.

• We use email for our business communcation and sending invoices to you.
• We NEVER share your email to anybody else.
• Less frequently, we send you a customized email to tell you about our new changes.
• We do NOT send spams.
• We respect your privacy.
• We have a Yahoo! Group too, for public mass communcation. Join us.
